Before you meander your way into my little piece of cyberspace to view my work and my arty examples, please allow me to give you a brief rundown of who exactly I am. Now then, what can I tell you? That I'm an artistic person striving to use my particular skills to earn a living? Yes, all true but there is much, much more to me - read on.

 

My skills besides graphic design, include illustration, writing, crafting, jewellery designing and dabbling with music - but mostly writing. I am writing several novels at the moment, including some for pre-school children. I have just published my fifth novel for the Young Adult market, entitled, Along Came Dad. My first adult paranormal novel, DeMorte: Legend of The Lanes, is also out now (available on Amazon under my pen name of, Ed Newbery-King). All of my books all tend to have either a paranormal, magical or spiritual thread running through them which is not surprising (if you read on). I am a member of two psychic circles and it is my belief that I am subconsciously channeling spirit when I am in a relaxed state, i.e., when I am writing and illustrating. This, I believe, is why there always tends to be such an ethereal thread permeating throughout my work.

 

I write scripts too - in fact, it is my ambition to turn my books into films. My stories have an air of positivity about them that I consider our troubled world desperately needs, and I feel sure that reading, or indeed, viewing my stories will fully engage the reader/viewer, filling their minds with questions that will, hopefully, lead them to open up to spirit in some capacity. I also take groups of people into guided meditations that I channel psychically live as I read the meditation out. 

 

I personally believe that at the moment our planet is in a state of flux, transition if you will. As the Earth gradually shifts upon its axis as it does every few hundred years or so, it brings about a change in people's perception, please don't ask me to explain the mechanics or any aspect of quantum physics as my information comes from spirit, not textbooks, but what I do know, is that whenever this has happened in the past, great changes in humanity have occurred as a result of it. Many children born within the last 50 years or so are enlightened souls known as Indigo or Crystal children. These are specially selected souls born with the purpose of bringing light to our rapidly darkening world. I mean spiritual light, you understand. This, I feel sure, is working. Take a look back at fairly recent events in world history; the Berlin Wall coming down after so long, Government Regimes grinding to a halt, Dictatorships being destroyed as people begin to wake up to what they have been missing out on whilst their leaders and certain well-heeled individuals within the oppressive regimes, parade their wealth shamelessly. A lot of this is due to freedom of information on the internet, making the world a smaller place and allowing others to see how much freedom the West has in comparison to their own strict and miserable lives. Something positive is afoot!

 

Yes, I am a deep thinker and a kind-hearted person. I do not have a vast array of friends, merely a select few but the ones I have are dear to me and I am fiercely loyal to them. I live alone now that my beautiful Dog, Cisco passed over but I sense him around me all of the time. Even though my work seems to be fragmented these days - writing is what drives me forward with a smile on my face.

 

I may still be waiting to be discovered, but do you know what, I feel truly blessed and let me tell you - life is sweet!
